FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
The Burbank Group, LLC. Takes Two International Creative Awards
2007 Summit Creative Awards

April 23, 2007—Rockville, Maryland. The Burbank Group, LLC. (www.burbankgroup.net) was awarded two Silver statues in the 2007 Summit Creative Awards. This is the second year The Burbank Group has participated, and the second year it has been honored.

“I am gratified and inspired by this industry recognition—it says that The Burbank Group’s work product has made a mark. Winning in two different categories demonstrates that building a quality brand requires a solid, strategic concept behind the visual” said Karen M. Greenwald, President of The Burbank Group.

In the category of B2B Service Logo/Trademark, The Burbank Group’s winning entry was for their client, The Kaizen Strategy Group (Kaizen). This entity creates innovative and cutting-edge solutions for a wide-range of international corporations. Ms. Greenwald worked with Kaizen to create a culturally relevant brand identity.

“We approached Karen not only because of her work, which we had seen previously, but more importantly because of the process she has developed in getting there. We spent many hours discussing with Karen our company’s mission and objective—that of creating cutting edge strategic solutions for innovative international corporations while bridging the cultural, business, and international boundaries—and she helped us conceptualize not only the structure, but the shapes and forms and colors that would portray our essence,” said CEO Ado Machida.

The Burbank Group also received a Silver statue in the category of Health/Medical Website for the Hirsch Pediatrics site. According to Dr. Hirsch, “I knew that in order to raise the standards of and redefine the delivery of pediatric care, we would have to rethink every aspect of traditional care delivery, including online presence. We were impressed by Karen’s ability to understand the unique philosophy and vision of Hirsch Pediatrics and effectively communicate it— we feel that Karen's ability to ‘think outside of the box’ was critical to our success.”
